NSA continually evaluates how member resources are utilized to ensure we are investing in tools and services that deliver the greatest overall value and impact. With this in mind, beginning August 1st, NSA is transitioning its research support approach from CCH AnswerConnect TaxAware access to an enhanced Tax Help Desk experience powered by Wolters Kluwer resources.
As a reminder, NSA members receive their first Tax Help Desk inquiry at no charge, making it a valuable resource when you need quick, confident guidance on complex tax issues.
In addition, NSA members now have access to preferred pricing and onboarding support for CCH AnswerConnect with Document Analysis, which enables practitioners to securely upload and analyze tax documents with greater efficiency.
NSA member benefits include:

- White-glove onboarding support, including a customized walkthrough
