NSA Sync Setup Assistance

NSA Sync Setup Assistance is an optional, paid service for NSA members who would like hands-on help getting started with NSA Sync.

NSA Sync access itself is included with NSA membership. This service is designed for members who prefer support with initial configuration rather than completing setup on their own.

What This Service Includes
When engaged, NSA can assist with the following initial setup activities:

Creating the member’s NSA Sync portal
Adding all clients provided by the firm
Creating a basic folder structure for client documents
Applying firm branding (logo and colors)
Uploading universal firm documents (e.g., engagement letters, organizers)
Uploading current case-related documents for each client

All setup work is completed using information, files, and instructions supplied by the
member.

What This Service Does Not Include
To ensure clarity and protect both NSA and member firms, this service does not include:

Workflow design or practice management consulting
Ongoing portal administration or maintenance
Firm-specific process optimization
Legal, tax, or compliance review of documents
Acting as firm IT support
