SBA Releases PPP Interim Final Rule Incorporating American Rescue Plan Act’s Amendments

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has released the following Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Interim Final Rule (IFR):

• Business Loan Program Temporary Changes; Paycheck Protection Program as amended by American Rescue Plan Act

The IFR incorporates the American Rescue Plan Act’s (P.L. 117-2) amendments to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Members will be sent additional information on this IFR separately.
